¿WHERE DO WE start?
I love helping my clients and answering all their doubts, so I thought it would be helpful for you to find some of the most frequently asked questions here. Please take a moment to read through them. In case of any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to me!
I live in Aguascalientes, Mexico, but I often visit León and Guadalajara, where I am originally from, and I am available to travel worldwide.
Obviously! I am available to travel anywhere in the world. I love traveling and taking photos, so photographing you in beautiful places is my dream come true.
The costs generated by any trip for me and my team-if required- are not included in my price list. The travel quote will be calculated and added to your selected package. Usually, we handle all our own travel arrangements unless otherwise specified.
I always plan to arrive to the location at least one day before your wedding or the first event of your celebration. If the destination is international, we suggest planning our arrival a few days before. This is to avoid airline delays, bad weather, jet lag, or any setback that may arise. Arriving earlier also allows me to explore the venue, do some scouting and plan the shootings.
In the way that you feel most comfortable! You can call me, via WhatsApp, e-mail, or send me a message through the website. Once we get in touch, I will send you a questionnaire that will help me to prepare your quote. These questions are already available in my contact section of the site.
After having received your answers from the questionnaire I previously provided you and selecting the date and location for your wedding day, I will send you my price list so you can choose the one that fits you best. The next step will be to sign my contract and pay the 50% retainer of the total amount of the chosen package in order to successfully book your date within a week to ensure your date remains available. There are two payment options, cash or bank transfer. Once this is completed, your wedding date is officially booked!
Absolutely! In fact, this is essential to me. I would love to have a coffee with you so we can meet in person. In case you are not available, we can also video call.
I like to deliver as many photos as possible, without defining an exact quantity and regardless of the package you chose. All edited, of course. You can be 100% sure that I will give my best.
My commitment to you is to deliver your photos no later than three months after your wedding date, although I will do my best to do so as soon as possible. In the case of other types of sessions, the times may vary.
I deliver through a personal digital gallery where you can download your high-resolution photos and share them with your family and friends. I also offer extras like printed photos and physical albums.
I don't deliver RAW files or unedited photos. Believe me when I tell you that, half of the magic in the photos, results from my editing. Also, I consider it part of my art and style.
Not really, my photography is honest and seeks to show your essence, just the way you are. The editing is done in Adobe Lightroom where I make color and exposure adjustments, as well as corrections that affect the photos, such as temporary imperfections (pimples, stains, etc.) and objects out of context.
If required, we offer outsourced professional retouching such as erasing objects, background alterations or any other retouching request beyond the post production already done at a rate of $150USD/hour.
I have different packages and type of sessions. Do not hesitate to contact me so that we can get to know each other, understand your needs, and send you all the information you need.
We can discuss it and evaluate the situation to find the best solution for both parties. In general, it is possible to reschedule the date as long as it is available. Also, it will be necessary to cover a rescheduling fee that is described in our contract.
It has never happened to me, and I hope to continue like this but sometimes the situation is completely out of our control. In that case, I would make sure that another photographer I trust attends your wedding, guaranteeing the same quality of my work. In case you don't agree, I would return 100% of the amount already paid.
